Priority No. 1 - Parkside Sanctioned Events
All directly related church activities and events such as Sunday and Wednesday services/ministries, musical/drama events directed at our communities, and all events organized/supervised by Parkside ministry staff and leadership. These events have no fees associated with them and have priority over all other events.
Priority No. 2 - Fellowship & Connection Events
Events like family reunions, showers, and recreation activities for Parkside members/regular attendees, for non-profit use. A fee may be required if a host is needed for the event. (i.e. to open and lock up if no one involved has access to the building) If a fee is required, we will email you the current fee schedule.
Priority No. 3 - Local Non-Profit Groups, Individuals, Schools & Public Agencies
The above-mentioned can request permission to use Parkside Church by filling out this form. You will be emailed a current fee schedule.
At this time, we will consider serving as a host facility for special events on isolated dates that do not conflict with our building use calendar. However, we do not currently have the facility or staffing infrastructure to accommodate ongoing/longer-term facility use arrangements (e.g. Homeschool networks.)
1. Approval of this request will be granted/denied by designated leaders. We will respond as promptly as possible.
2. If applicable, we will send you the Fee Schedule via email after you submit this form.
3. If your request is approved, and the Fee Schedule is agreeable, we will communicate further details regarding your event.
